SERVICE STATUS FAULT LIST:
Press and HOLD number 5 until 2 beeps are heard
Zone light indicates FAULT condition. Refer to alarmmaintenance.com.au data sheets. Once fault type is identified. Enter # to exit this feature. Codepad beeps twice
The fault light indicator lights if the system detects a system fault. Every time a new system fault is detected the FAULT indicator flashes and the codepad beeps every minute.

TEST REPORT – Press 9 on keypad until you hear two beeps
SIREN – Press 1 and hold until you hear two beeps – siren will sound for 2 seconds. BELL – Press 2 until you hear two beeps – internal siren will sound for 2 seconds. STROBE LIGHT – Press 3 until you hear three beeps – this will turn strobe light ON. Repeat, press 3 until you hear three beeps to turn strobe off. Test reporting to a monitored telephone panel can be sent without sounding the siren. press and HOLD the 9 button until your keypad is beeping twice

BEEPING SOUND – If plug pack is unplugged or the mains POWER is disconnected the keypad will beep once very minute. To silence, press 5 and hold until you hear keypad beeping twice. Types of Bosch alarms we repair - service
Bosch 844 --- This is a 4 zone panel plus four 24 hour zones. Very common for small homes, town houses and units. The panel automatically performs a battery test every 4 hours and also every time you arm the system. The system indicates a low battery fault when the system detects a very low back-up battery. History events are stored in (RAM) memory.
Bosch ICP‑CC488 --- This is an eight zone panel and very common in medium sized properties. Remote arm feature allows the system to be armed from any remote location by telephone and this feature should be programmed in by an alarm technician or by alarmmaintenance.com.au for this to work. AWAY Mode: Arms the entire system. STAY Mode: Arms all zones except those programmed by the installer to be automatically isolated. The system performs a battery test every 4 hours and automatically every time you arm the system. The system indicates a low battery fault when the system detects a very low back-up battery. History events are stored in (RAM) memory. Event history recall plays the last 40 system events, including all alarms, system arming, and system disarming. If the control panel is partitioned, Event Memory Recall plays the last 10 system events. Has 8 programmable user codes and up to 8 radio remote control key fobs. Protects 2 different areas if programmed in by installer. Dialer reporting with Contact ID, 4+2, and Basic Pager + SMS. Users can program the zones remotely with CC816 Alarm Link (A‑Link) software on a PC with MS‑DOS and a modem. Users can run diagnostics, arm systems, and bypass zones with an off‑site computer.
Bosch 880 862 2000 3000 --- This is 8-16 zone alarm panels. Can connect to GPRS Dialer unit, Mobile Phone or Back to Base Monitoring, it can ring up to three phone numbers and play a “siren tone” down the line so you know the alarm has gone off. Most now do Dialer reporting with Contact ID, 4+2, and Basic Pager - SMS. You can connect remote controls and the full range of Bosch wireless sensors. These alarm systems are very reliable and popular with single & double storey houses.
Bosch Solution 16i --- This is a 16 zone alarm panel very similar to the Solution 16-Plus. Very popular in large houses & business.The alarm panel can detect a telephone line fail fault when the systems telephone line has been disconnected from the control panel. The system can be programmed to activate if the telephone line is cut when the panel is armed
Bosch Solution 16 Plus --- Great for commercial & industrial use. This system has an LCD English display keypad, easy programming and up to 16 zones Hardwired and Wireless. It also can SMS you over a normal land line-GPRS unit and sends you a text message with the alarm Zones that has activated into the Alarm Panel. (e.g Lounge room 5 Sensor Alarmed 10.18am). Compatible with the full range of Bosch remotes, wired and wireless sensors.
