Changing Alarm User Codes to your Alarm System
Do you know your master code to the security system? The master code is very important to know as this gives users the permissions and access to change all of the user codes. Without this master code, you cannot gain access into these programming functions and do this. Changing alarm user codes can be done easily yourself if you have the master code. Please check your instruction guide for assistance on how to change the alarm codes. If you have misplaced/lost your pin code or you have moved into a new property and have not been given the existing alarm codes, you may need to contact us to reset your security system. You may not be able to do this yourself. What should you do if you think someone else knows your alarm code or lost a keyfob? Never give your master code to unknown tradesmen or visitors for access to your property. If this happens the user code should be changed or deleted later on in time when they no longer require entry. If you think some other unauthorized person may have access to your alarm code, also change this straight away. If you move into a new premises and have a security system please have it serviced and change or delete the key fob programming data immediately to these devices. Previous owners can still have a wireless remote control fob to disarm your system. Alarm Maintenance can also provide many factory alarm system resets, recommissions to homeowners, business, property managers, officers and shops in Melbourne.
